Hong Kong International Literary Festival is organizing a dinner and a lunch event with Vikas Swarup - the author of Q&A which was adapted into the award-winning film Slumdog Millionnaire. Below are the event details:

No Slumdog Millionaire
He wrote the book which was made into the award-winning movie, Slumdog Millionaire, that has won four Golden Globe awards, but slumdog he is not. He is a career diplomat who is currently the Consul General of India in Osaka-Kobe, Japan. He is also one of the judges of the 2011 Man Asian Literary Prize. Meet Vikas Swarup and let him share with you his extraordinary life and success as an author and diplomat.
